I received the holster today in the mail and I've already tried it out in public. I am very pleased with it's performance. I know that it will allow me to carry comfortably, as often as possible.

  Do you have any kind of company policy on replacing the velcro straps on the holster? I'm just thinking ahead!

I didn't have any experience with concealed weapons and having a full size Glock, I thought it would be difficult to conceal in any manner. But the SmartCarry really does a great job of concealment with easy accessibility. The construction is solid and it is very comfortable. I ordered a Smart Carry Holster from you about a month ago, I held a couple of conversations with you prior to ordering. In one of the conversations I told you that I was planning to order another type of concealment holster IWB type that uses a pager to distract from what it is.

During our conversation you told me that you thought I needed to wait before ordering it until I tried yours. I didn't listen I thought it was just a sales tactic, I ordered them both on the same day, and boy do I wish I had listened to you. As luck would have it I got the other holster first. I am quite a large man and I thought that I could easily conceal using the other holster, to make a long story short I couldn't. It was quite obvious I was carrying by the large bulge the holster and gun created, I carry a Glock 30. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement since I had already went through the process of "fitting" the holster to my weapon, it was mine now regardless.

Fearing the worst I almost dreaded to see your package arrive. When it arrived I read the instructions first, ( this is a first for me, I usually read the instructions last) and put the Smart Carry on as you described. I went to the mirror expecting the worst, and much to my surprise the gun was invisible. Wanting to make sure that I was right I wore the holster around my wife for two days without her knowledge. I was now ready for the big test out in public. My wife and I went to dinner and shopping at the local mall. No one but I knew I was carrying, when we arrived home that night I told her that I was carrying even then she couldn't tell where. Now this is when I was totally convinced that I had my carry problems solved.

Like most persons that have their Concealed Carry Permits we realize the dangers that are present in the world that we live in today. Realizing these dangers are not enough if you don't have a means in which to protect your family and yourself. It is my hope and my prayer that I never draw my weapon in self defense or for any other reason than target practice. Now the worry of not having the weapon with me because I couldn't come up with an effective means in which to conceal it are forever solved. Thank you for such a great product and for the time you spent with me on the phone.

Charlie, I just want to say "Thank you." The new holster is everything you said. Comfortable, un-detectable, easy to wear and easy to use. And the Tuff Cloth is great. Thanks again for some great products.

(You might want to caution larger users, that if their pants are already overflowing, trying to stuff a 1911 in there may cause some discomfort. The Kel-Tec is just right.)

My SmartCarry arrived today, thank you very much for the prompt service. After a few minutes of studying the instructions, I put the SmartCarry on and holstered my Glock 21. It FELT entirely noticeable. But, I fastened my trousers and checked the mirror. I couldn't believe how entirely UN-noticeable the SmartCarry is.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet or not, but I found a new way to use the urinal and still have my weapon handy. When I face the urinal, instead of pushing the gun aside, I push it up so that the guns butt is sticking above my belt line. It is now positioned like an Inside the Waistband holstered weapon. And with the sides on the urinal "cubicles" it is not seen. Then when I am done, I reach in through the fly and pull the Smart Carry back into position. Being a former cop, I know what it's like to be attacked from behind when you are "busy" peeing. Its a very vulnerable position!

After being impressed by my husband's SmartCarry, I ordered one, and yesterday wore it all day long with my .357 Magnum. It proved to be as comfortable, secure and hidden as everyone claims. The only visible hint is a slight lump from the grip of my revolver near my jeans pocket, but absolutely nobody seems to notice that. If I want I can completely disguise it by stuffing my pocket a bit with a kleenex, or by clipping my keyring on my belt loop at that spot, but that doesn't seem to be necessary.

The big test came as I was walking through a parking lot and had to stop for a police car cruising slowly in front of me. The two officers both stared directly at me as they passed within a few feet of me. Having only recently gotten my carry permit, I am still amazed that people are so unaware that I'm "packing", and I feared surely experienced police officers would know immediately what was just on the other side of my jeans, but they looked at me with utter disinterest and drove on. I was almost disappointed and I wanted to call them back and say, "I have a conceal carry permit, and I'm carrying, and look what a really neat new holster I have!"

But of course I didn't, and just went about my business knowing that those officers may not have known it, but there was one lady in the parking lot who will not be a victim of the criminals they work so hard to stop. Here's to hoping their job is easier when good citizens take responsibility for their own protection. Thank you for a product that will help me do that.

You did it, you solved my problem! Ya see, I have been put into several awkward positions while carrying my firearm and was looking for a solution. I normally carry IWB behind my right hip, which under most circumstances is just fine. Several times a year, I go home to visit my family, which frequently involves receiving hugs from just about everybody. Due to my height, the person I am hugging will put their arms around my waste and thus come in contact with my firearm. This quite often leads to me doing a little dance and trying to convince them it was my cell phone or pager.

When I first saw your design, I thought there is no way this would be even close to being comfortable. I even went as far as trying to place a fanny pack holster in the same position to see if I could get an idea of the comfort. Needless to say this didn't work and was very uncomfortable. After reading the countless customer comments on your site and seeing the Smart Carry name being mentioned on many message boards, I decided to give it a try.

The holster is very comfortable! Two days after I ordered it, I was wearing it in the local mall and then to a movie for a total of 4 hours. The following day over 8 hours, with absolutely no discomfort.

Thanks for solving my dilemma and creating a great holster in the process.

I just had to write you folks to let you know how pleased I am with your product. I ordered my Smart Carry on Thursday and received it Saturday. That in itself was great. However, nothing compares to the satisfaction I got when I put on the holster, slipped in my Glock 27, and wore it right away, for six hours. I tried everything. Sitting in the car ,sitting in a reclining chair, kneeling, bending, rough-housing with the dog and kids,etc. Nothing is more secure or comfortable than that holster! And the best part is, that when my better-half got home , she had NO IDEA I was packing.

I feel I should tell you folks also, that I'm no skinny,belly-less character either. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to draw effectively due to my gut getting in the way. But even more to my amazement, I had on a kind of tight pair of Levi's, and all I had to due was "suck it in" as I was starting to draw, and out it came no problem. Even while sitting. Being a Floridian, I don't have to wear jeans to often, mostly just shorts and BDU trousers at work, but MAN is this holster custom made for Floridians. No worrying about wearing a belt, no worrying about imprinting on a Polo shirt untucked, no sweaty leather rubbing on you.

I am a believer and will let all my packing friends know about this. Thanks for comming up with the perfect solution to an annoying problem.
