Charlie:
The SmartCarry holster arrived and is exactly as you advertised. It is quick and easy to put on, comfortable to wear, and my Glock 19 is absolutely undetectable. I'll be your customer for life!
J. W. - Tucson, AZHi, and thank you for your quick response about my order. I am already impressed with your services. Charlie called me and I was unable to answer at the time but just to be clear I thought I would send an email. I realized there might be a problem with the size of the Judge Public Defender so I will be fine with a model that fits my Taurus 85 as it's a lightweight more ideal concealed carry option. I am more likely to carry it than I am the Judge. Thanks again for your excellent customer service. I only wish there were more companies made in USA that stand behind their product and customer service as well as SmartCarry.
T. H. - Troy, TXI just got my SmartCarry in the mail the other day and I must say I’m already very happy with it.
I had been using a similar product made by one of your competitors but there's really no comparison between the two. Not only is the SmartCarry much better constructed, but the way it's also more effective. With the SmartCarry I can wear my gun without a tell, even with my dress trousers - something I couldn't do with the other product.
Another difference between the two - I won't hesitate to recommending it to my friends.
Thanks for making this holster!
D. E. - De Soto, KSI got my smart carry standard holster in the mail today and have been wearing it ever since with my Glock 27 (40 cal). I've had it on with cargo short, plain elastic shorts and my blue jeans. This is so comfortable and it took me all of 2 minutes to get used to it, comfortable with it and proficient with it. I am retired law enforcement and needed an option besides my ankle holster or IWB holster with a shirt outside. This is going to be my full time carry holster for all apparel. Please feel free to use my testimonial in your web page.
H.H. CCSO Sgt. (ret.) - Lehigh Acres, FLI am about to post this on a (low-traffic) gun forum, and I thought I would send it to you guys as well. Thanks for making a good product!
I daily carry in a [SmartCarry](http://www.smartcarry.com/), and no lies, I love it. Obviously there is a tiny trade off in accessibility, as I can't quite draw as fast as someone with an OWB speed holster, or maybe even as fast as an IWB. But I can carry everywhere!
I just got back from a run, shirtless, wearing only boxers+holster+light basketball shorts. A friend came over as I got back from the run, and I talked to her wearing that. She doesn't know I carry, and may or may not freak if she found out, so I'm pretty sure she didn't "make" me.
My wife can't tell if I'm carrying usually (and sometimes does a crotch tap to check, the lovely dear...), and I have worn it in nice clothes, shorts, jeans, at the beach (shirtless). I haven't been discovered at family functions, or other places where people would likely notice (hugging and whatnot).
The only caveat I might mention is that if you are wearing well-fit dress slacks, it can be hard to not have it print. The fabric is often thin and if you happen to be fairly trim, you would probably print fairly clearly. Also peeing is a bit of a hassle, but I'm talking about a 10 second hassle, and that seems minimal for the amount of places I have been able to carry completely unnoticed. I don't know what size your carry piece is exactly, but I get the impression that it is damn close to my Glock 19.
The bonus to the SmartCarry is that you actually want to tuck your shirt in under the holster, so the only thing you have to do when you want to draw is reach inside your waist band and grip. Pulling from it is a bit different from an IWB, as you have to re grip *slightly* once you draw.
I am about to order another one. I should have bought the small size the first time, but didn't realize it until it was too late. I know everybody says they have a drawer full of holsters, but I really feel like I lucked out by purchasing this one first!
J. M. - Saline, MI
place your order!I just got my new holster in the mail! Wow! This is so cool and soooo comfortable. To tell you the truth, I figured this would show up and be another one of those gimmicks that I seem to always wind up with. This thing is QUALITY and feels almost nonexistent while sitting down. Thank you very much for putting together such a quality product and making it right here in the U.S.A.!!!!!!!!!!!!
C. H. - Omaha, NEI bought a Smart Carry for a S&W Model 66 Snubby a while back. It was perfect. Then I bought a Glock Model 36. It fit perfect. Then I bought a Taurus Ultra-Lite. It fit perfect. Then I recently bought a Crimson Trace Laserguard for the Glock. Perfect fit. Thanks again.
A. P. - New Braunfels, TXHi Charlie,
Thanks a ton for another great holster!
I received the left-handed SmartCarry ML on Monday (one business day delivery!) and have been wearing it for a few days now - it works very well indeed with the Chiappa Rhino. The pouch section is a little wider than need be (the depth is perfect), but it works great and the gun has not tilted at all within the pouch pocket. Also, the Rhino's small size makes it absolutely ideal for this sort of carry, even while wearing relatively tight pants.
I've not gotten around to trying out the Bright Sights paint - look forward to doing that this weekend. I've got a few guns that I want to put it on and then take to the range for a workout.
I think it's been about five years since my last order from you - the medium security model that you sold me has carried a whole bunch of guns in its time and continues to serve me well. You really make a great product and I appreciate that greatly. I think I appreciate the time you spent with me on both my orders - making sure I get exactly the right thing and then getting it to me right away - even more. You're a good man, Charlie Parrott - thanks and have a terrific weekend!
E. M. - Albuquerque, NMThe beauty of the SmartCarry holster is its ability to accommodate a wide variety of firearms. I have worn mine for some time with a Bersa 45UC, a Bersa 9, a SIG P239, A Stoeger Cougar, and a Ruger SP101. Tell me how many holsters you can do that with? Six months of wearing this and absolutely no wear on the material with the exception of some stretch wear on the elastic portion. I will be buying another one shortly for a larger pistol.
D. D. - Liburn, GASir,
I have two of your holsters. I have been wearing them continuously, 16 hours a day, for over two years (going on three). As law enforcement and a side job as a rental property manager, the ability to comfortably carry concealed is invaluable to me.
I am writing to ask if you still offer a LEO discount? I would like to order a security version of the holster and, if you like, I will again provide a photocopy of my credentials.
T. G. - Jasper, GA (yes, and he didn't have to resend his LEO credentials, we have them on file)
place your order!Hi:
Just wanted to let you know that my smartcarry holster arrived. I am pleased with the prompt shipping and I am thrilled with the product. I have tried all sorts of iwb carry options for my hk p7m8 and the smartcarry is by far the best (while being the least costly). By "the best" I mean it is not only the most comfortable but it offers the best concealment while retaining the weapon and offering good access should I ever need it (hope I never do). I just wanted to say thanks!

P.S feel free to use any part of this email as a testimonial but please don't share my last name or email address.I recently ordered a smartcarry holster which unexpectedly arrived 4 days after I purchased it! A little hesitant at first of this holster, I finally got myself to wear it after looking at if for a few days and couldn't be happier. I don't want to take it off, it is so comfortable and can imagine it will only get better as it gets broken in more. Of course it takes a little getting used to at first. Also, I was in a predicament because sometimes I wear a tool belt at work and wanted something I could wear while working, the smartcarry works perfectly even while climbing ladders and going up and down stairs. Thanks again smartcarry, I will recommend you to everyone.
R. B. - Dubuque, IAI appreciate the very prompt arrival of my holster. I ordered it Jan 12th, and it arrived Jan 14th.
I immediately tried it out, quick and intuitively, and I can guarantee that with just a bit of practice I will be able to make my weapon appear as if by magic.
Thanks again...
A. N. - Newnan, GAP.S. I certainly appreciate your kind information and advice about sizing for multiple gun sizes. It works well with both of my carry weapons.
I recently purchased your SmartCarry holster. First I'd like to say how quickly I received it especially during the holiday season. I had my doubts as to whether I'd like the holster, but finding a holster to fit my Dan Wesson revolver has been time consuming to say the least. I found that using an inside the waistband holster was uncomfortable on my hip and even with a move to the "appendix" carry I found it less than comfortable. I almost decided to get another handgun as a carry piece, but decided to try your product. What a breath of fresh air. I put the holster on as per the instructions and dropped in the revolver. The only reason that I know that I have it with me is because I'm doing all different positional changes to try to make it either uncomfortable or unable to access. I have yet to find that situation. You have gained a satisfied customer and I will tell as many of my friends about your product, who knows I may even let them try it on for size if they can get me to take it off.
S. M. - Fairport, NYI Received my SmartCarry today. Thank you for the quick response and delivery. I am very happy with the product and the service. I wish all internet sales were this easy.
Thanks,
P. R. - Hattiesburg, MS
place your order!Thought I would share my very positive post on FN Forum, regarding your holster. A fine product you have here. I will let people know how great it is, you can be sure.
Thanks,

I'll spare you guys the crotch pictures that inevitably go along with the Smart Carry holster reviews....
This holster fits exactly the need I was looking to fill: The 'I absolutely cannot be made as having a gun' holster. The 'A micro 380 in my pocket is perfectly adequate, but there's just something about having a full-sized pistol on me that feels even more adequate' holster.
I got this as a Christmas gift (thank you my darling wife!) and was thinking I would carry my SR9 in it... my go-to full size CC. Dropped the Ruger in first... abracadabra, it disappears. I often wear dress pants and a tucked in shirt, so that's not an easy feat. That wasn't happening with my Crossbreed Supertuck, so I was pocket carrying my LCP. Ok.... so what about my other pistols? Everything from the LCP (my smallest) to my FNP45 (my largest) drops in there, never to be seen. For a pocket pistol, it first goes in my Desantis Nemisis and THEN the smart carry... and it sits up perfectly.
But the main purpose of this review... as the title suggests... is that I can now conceal the FNP45, which was previously impractical unless I had an overcoat or jacket on. It's just gone. I don't have to worry about reaching high for something and my shirt pulling tight and printing. I don't have to check if it's still covered. It doesn't weigh down my pants because it hangs on its own belt around my waist, inside my pants. The mag baseplate MAY print just a little with certain pants, depending on how low I have it, but a quick adjustment and it's invisible again. It's comfortable. I can draw quickly and safely. I just love this thing. My new CC may be a 45 in the smart carry with the LCP in my pocket.
Charlie,
I am impressed to say the least! My order arrived today, I'm already wearing the SmartCarry, and I would say it's going to work just fine. Probably fine-tune the positioning as I wear it more, to find the most comfortable arrangement, but heck, I have a gun in my pants for heavens sake!
I like it a lot!
Take care!
H. B. - Colorado Springs, Co 80920Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say I'm pleased with my SmartCarry. I'm planning to sell my holsters as they are now useless to me! Smartcarry is more comfortable and more concealable, both of which I care more about than the 0.5s it might add to draw time. It's also versitile, I've fit everything from my P3AT and main carry H&K P7 PSP....to a Desert Eagle down there! The DE is the only gun I've tried so far that isn't comfortable, but I guess no one expects that. :)
Anyway, just dropping a note to say thanks and will for sure recommend to other people. It's a much cheaper solution than the $160 for a gun belt and holster.
Thanks!
A. V. - Dallas, TXThe holster is perfect! I expressed concerns, via phone, that the extra layer of fabric of the Security V Model might make it too thick. You graciously assured me that it would be a non issue. You were correct. Thank you for creating a great American made product.
Warmest regards,
C. S. - Henderson, NVI just received your holster, which I ordered for a Glock 30 and a 40 plus inch waist. Overall, I am very pleased. This is the only holster I have tried that is actually comfortable to wear. Belt holsters sag and get heavy pretty quick. Due to my anatomy, sitting with the 30 in your holster gets uncomfortable after a while. A larger gun, the Glock 21, is actually more comfortable for me for sitting and is less noticeable in the mirror. I even tried my S & W model 625 with 5 inch heavy barrel and it was comfortable to wear. Sitting is out for me with the 625, but if entering a vehicle I would transfer to a fanny pack holster. A smaller gun, such as the Ruger LCP, would be my choice if I had to sit for hours in front of the computer in an armed condition. I don't, but this is something I could work out.
Using the bathroom is not hard, you just have to figure out how to do it. I use the stall most of the time in public anyway, so this not a big problem.
As far as drawing while seated, this is a real struggle for me, but may work for others with different anatomies. Each person will need to make adjustments for their anatomy and situations.
Any carry system will have limitations, and adjustments will have to be made. But for me, this is the first holster that I can actually use to conceal a real gun. And remember, a holster is not a system by itself, but part of a larger system, that should be flexible and multilayered. For me, this holster is a big step in that direction.
