order form so we can properly fill your order.

The make, model and common name of your firearm, such as a Smith & Wesson model 3913 Ladysmith. If your firearm does not have a common name, simply supply the make and model number, such as a Glock 19. If your carry gun is offered with different barrel lengths then we must know the barrel length to get the correct holster size. For example, the Springfield XD series of handguns come with 3", 4" or 4.5" barrel lengths and we need to know the barrel length of the handgun you're purchasing the holster for in order to send you the correct size holster.

We also need your waist or hip circumference so we'll know which of our five strapping lengths you need. It's always better to enter it as well as using the pull-down strapping length list".
