Because of the many variations in sizes, SmartCarry holsters are mostly made to order. We try to get them shipped out in a day or so but that’s not always possible. Please allow 3-7 business days for production prior to shipping.

Domestic & international shipping

We offer FREE first class shipping via USPS on all domestic orders because; who doesn’t love FREE?

If you’re outside the US, no worries, we will ship to you too for a flat fee.

We also offer USPS Priority and FedEx ground or international for a fee.

returns & exchanges

We understand that online shopping can be a little risky. Will it fit? Will I like it? Well, we get it so we try to make returns and exchanges as easy and painless as possible.

Exchanges are easy, all you have to do is email us at info@smartcarry.com and tell us what the issue is and we will work to fix it as quickly as possible. If you make a mistake and order the wrong size, you can just mail it to us at the address below with a note explaining what you need and we’ll send a replacement, free of charge. If we made a mistake, we will send a replacement along with a return envelope in as little as a few days. (Please specify whether it is the gun pocket or waistband that is incorrect.)

We also don’t want you to be stuck with something that you don’t absolutely love so you have 60 days to try it out and decide if our style of deep concealment is right for you. If it isn’t, you can just mail the holster back to us at the address below with a little note requesting a refund. Be sure to include your full name and order number so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

damaged or faulty goods

Quality is our number one priority, and we mean it. If there is anything wrong with your holster at all… stitch coming loose, poor fit, whatever it is we want to fix it. Please reach out to us at info@smartcarry.com and we will get you taken care of ASAP.
